Main Responsibilities

As a Team Leader at Dagab in Landskrona, you are a key person in our warehouse operations. You ensure that our goods reach the stores on time and with high quality, a mission that affects the daily lives of millions of people. You lead and distribute work together with your colleagues on the shift and are responsible for a team of about 15 to 20 warehouse employees.

The role includes both personnel responsibility and workplace safety responsibility, as well as responsibility for quality and ensuring that daily operations run optimally. Your day-to-day work is varied and can include everything from staffing planning and productivity monitoring to coaching conversations, departmental meetings, union collaboration, and systematic workplace safety work.

We also work with modern automation that is about two years old and is continuously developing. You are welcome to be an active part of this development and contribute ideas and solutions to optimize our processes.

The department's key performance indicators are primarily related to productivity and quality, and as a Team Leader, you drive the development of both employees and working methods to create a business that is constantly improving.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in warehousing and logistics in a comparable business
• Previous work with automation is an advantage
• Experience in a responsible role in some form
• Leadership and personnel responsibility experience is advantageous
• Previous experience working evening shifts is a plus.
• Education or experience in labor law, workplace safety work, etc., is advantageous.
• You are proficient in the Office suite
